The life and death of a blog doesn’t actually depend solely on the comments the writer receives. Links from similar blogs create an expanded readership and require regular updates, so the link remains useful. For, without these links, people whom you don’t know would never read your blog, and thats what all this anonymous internet stuff is all about. One thing I must mention though, is that when you are in the same place as 7 other people everyday, all day, blogging orignally becomes very difficult. I’m sure the pace will pick up when classes begin. For the curious, that will be the 7th or so of September.
Today most of the teachers at the American Home (AH for all future references) played a game of Egyptian Rat Screw that would not die. College graduates have too much practice playing this sort of game, sober or drunk, and the slapping can get quite serious. Eric eventually won, which means I will have to challenge the group to a rematch.
